I recently spent three nights at this hotel and had a wonderful stay. the location was fantastic, as it was very close to the center of Merida. We were able to easily explore the historic center and enjoy all that it had to offer. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. They were beautifully decorated with pretty decorations and had two double beds which were very comfortable. The highlight, however, was the external shower on the private balcony - it was such a unique feature and added to the charm of the room.
Everything was perfect.

The shower in the room was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. , the location of the hotel was great because it was close to the city center and within walking distance of some attractions.
The breakfast was quite expensive and not worth the price. , the hotel was a bit far from some of the main areas for shopping and food, and not all of the staff were knowledgeable about the best places to go.

This hotel is relatively close to the city center and some great shops but don't expect much more than that. The rooms are fine, but don't have great views or anything remarkable. The staff is friendly and helpful though.
The breakfast at this hotel was very underwhelming and didn't offer much variety.
